Duration
A typical treatment at EQ Bliss Wimbledon will last for approximately 50 to 60 minutes, although clients should allow an additional half an hour for their first consultation. At EQ Wimbledon we take your well being very seriously and therefore take a full medical and lifestyle history in order to ensure there are no contra-indications to having the therapy and to tailor the treatment to best and most holistically meet your needs.

Location
The treatments are held in comfortable and relaxing therapy rooms across Wimbledon and Merton, where you will be settled comfortably on a treatment couch (some healings can be provided to seated patients if they prefer). The practitioner will outline the nature of the treatment to the client and will ensure that the client is comfortable, before, during and after the treatment. All treatments are undertaken in a highly professional ethical manner and areas not being treated will remain covered. All treatments are flexible and can accommodate individual client's requirements.

Consultation
At EQ Wimbledon we will undertake a detailed consultation to determine state of health and tailor the treatment to meet your needs. We also discuss with you the aims of each treatments, whats involved, what you can expect etc. and provide after care advice sheets (where applicable) to help clients change the underlying destructive patterns that are believed to be causing the imbalance in their lives.

Clothing Requirement
The degree of clothing retained, depends upon the treatment being given. The practitioner will discuss this with you prior to the treatment. In general a pure Spiritual healing treatment, although hands on, can be performed through loose, comfortable clothing, whilst full holistic body massages require patients to remove their clothing as necessary for the treatment. In all cases professional ethics ensure that you will not be unduly exposed, are relaxed and comfortable. We offer male and female practitioners and always exceed professional standards and codes of ethics.

Health Concerns
Holistic therapists to not claim to diagnose, prescribe or cure. If we, at EQ Bliss Wimbledon have any concerns regarding your health we will advise you to see your GP. Please note that some medical conditions will require that you get written approval from your GP before treatment such as massages can be undertaken.

Disclaimer & Consent Form
At the initial consultation you will be asked to sign an EQ Wimbledon disclaimer form saying that the information you have provided is true and a accurate reflection of your health history, current health and lifestyle.
Additionally, before each treatment you will be required to sign a consent form stating that you are healthy and consent to the treatment. On this form you will be reminded the nature of the treatment, the clothing required and if appropriate that it is a hands on treatment.

EQ Wimbledon treatments are extremely relaxing, pleasurable and soothing and do not tickle or hurt. The actual nature of each treatment may vary according to the practitioner's assessment of how best to treat you as an individual.
