When booking a treatment you may be asked to pay an advanced deposit. We request that you pay £20 to secure a booking per standard treatment, per person or per therapist, which ever is the greater.
This deposit will be offset against the cost of the treatment. The deposit will be is refundable in full if notice of cancellation is received more than 48 hours before the booking. If less cancelled within 48 hours of the booking refund will be at managements discretion and dependant upon circumstances... An on line deposit confirmation will be sent to you upon completion of the order / payment.
